Friday 5:00am UK, Christina Mackenzie aka Lejogmack is at it again to make history as she takes on Scotland’s North Coast 500 (516miles)
Her task;
👉 34hrs 59mins or under for Guinness World Record.
👉 38hr 29mins or under for the RRA (Road Records Association) Record.

I guess that you put up with the rain provided the wind is blowing you in the right direction.

Currently just less than 15 minutes down on schedule but schedule was for a 34 hour completion.

It looks like she has finished in about 36:40 so she should get a RRA record but not the Guinness World Record.

She's not in a great state, but hasn't needed surgery on her pelvis. Now slightly ambulatory.

Reportedly very upset that the driver just drove off. Multiple other people stopped to help, unclear if they witnessed the collision.

Just a wee update & thank everyone who has sent me personal messages & left comments. It’s a huge comfort & overwhelmingly all the kind words of support. Nearly 48hrs after the incident, I am still in excruciating pain and have no mobility whatsoever.  Everyday tasks have become my new challenge. After consultation with Orthopaedics, I can avoid surgery & now awaiting an assessment from the physio to discuss my recovery. One day at a time

My new wheels 😂 After 3 days with no mobility & severe pain, it was great to finally get out of bed, shuffle & shower. Who need lyrca when a @marksandspencer Percy Pig nightie puts a smile on your face.
