Smoked Haddock

Three days later our house still stinks of fish, whether microwaved, cooked in foil parcels or steamed, the smell lingers, despite letting a howling gale blow through the house and spraying, plus burning joss sticks.

I have decided to buy disposable barbies and cook it in the garden next time I fancy smoked fish.

mmmmm shallow fried Smoked Haddock yummy :) as for the smell I never noticed it lingering round much, but I really like the smell so maybe it did hang around and just doesn't bother me.

Microwaving half a lemon in clingfilm until very hot and then unwrapping and placing in your area of odour works for some smells I am told.

Best. Kedgeree. Evar.
It takes blood and guts to be this cool but I'm still just a cliché.
