Handlbar switch for Lumotec luxos U

The USB cable on my Luxos U handlebar switch has broken off right at the place where it leaves the switch.. Has anyone taKen one of thes apart successfully? The switch still works the lights but I use the USB port to charge devices on lomg journeys.  Alternatively does anyone have an old liht they no linger use and would be happy to sellr for spares?

If it is less than 2 years old then return it to the vendor

Check your guarantee, I bought mine from Rose cycles and returned it after four years for a refund when the old one stopped working.
I think the B&M guarantee might be five years.
