Title: Samba upgrade

I notice I'm on version 3.5.8 but the current stable release is 3.6.1.  Keeping in mind I'm just techie enough to be dangerous, can I get away with a straight upgrade, or do I run the risk of having to do other 'stuff' to keep things working?

a minor version upgrade shouldn't b0rk anything, it's usually the step up on major version that breaks stuff (i.e from 2 to 3)
