Title: Are mobile hairdressers allowed to do home visits?

Like most we are in dire need of a haircut but don't want to go into a closed enviroment.  We have been try to reach our usual mobile hairdresser but she is not replying.  I was wondering if they are allowed to come into our homes as the rules seem to be limited to meeting others outside?

Other tradesmen are allowed though but not at close quarters.

What think you?

My understanding is that this is now allowed. Certainly Mrs hatler's home-visiting hairdresser was here earlier this week, and that had been long-booked based upon the relaxation of the specific restriction.
