Possibly one or two others but even if I could remember (and identify) them, it'd be a short list

Does Australia count, if so I need to include it on my list? However I thought it was normally iconsidered a continent, see "list of largest islands": https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_islands_by_area

From Britannica
“Although Australia is sometimes called an "island continent," most geographers consider islands and continents to be separate things.”

Happily, I am not a geographer.

Axholme (OK, this one's a bit tenuous)

It's extremely tenuous, but if you've got it then I've got it too.

Interesting question and a prompt to look back at some enjoyable cycle tours:

Britain, Anglesey, Holy Island, Northern Ireland

Sweden - Tjorn, Malo, Flato, Marstrand
Denmark - Fano, Fyn
Netherlands - Da Woude, Marken
Norway - a couple on the South coast, can't remember the names
Spain - Majorca (it snowed for the first time in 12 years!)
France - a little island on the Mediterranean coast, name forgotten
Sunshine approaching from the South.

First time in 1,000 years.

This seems to be an artificial island, surrounded as it is by the Danube / Alte Donau  http://tiny.cc/degruz

There may be more along the European rivers I've cycled on.

Only a few.

Great Britain, on many bikes, preceded by a small tricycle.
Sjælland (Zeeland - the island Copenhagen's on) on a relative's spare bike.
Sri Lanka (one ride) on a borrowed bike.
Isle of Wight - a few visits, all with my old Roberts IIRC.
Mont St. Michel (well, it's an island at high tide)
Formentera - hired bike
Fuerteventura - hired bike
Honshu - bike borrowed from wife's family
Hayling Island
Portsea Island (is that cheating?)

Does Australia count as an island? I owned a bike when I worked there.

Britain
Wight
Jersey
Guernsey
Barbados
Crete
Mallorca
Madeira
Tenerife
Ireland
Hayling
Portsea
Portland
Ynys Mon
Holy Island
Toronto Islands (Centre, Duck, Ward's)
Goeree Overflakkee
Voorne-Putten
IJsselmonde
Rozenburg
Clare
Inishnakillew (Clew Bay)
Inishcottle (Clew Bay)

I think that makes 24 25, although some might argue Portland - but I'm not counting Australia.  There might be one or two others in the delta area of the Netherlands  Rozenburg added, accessed by the Mass Tunnel - which has a dedicated cycle tunnel partitioned from the road tunnel.  Inishnakillew has a highest point of 27m, but a killer of a 25% gradient to get to it.  Barbados is the only island where I've cycled to the highest point, Mount Hillaby - following the dirt track continuation of the road.

Portsea definitely is an island.  Purbeck is suspiciously attached to the land so am not convinced it is an 'Island' despite the name.

Only a few islands here, scattered around different continents, but let's try to classify by number of rides (high to low):

île de Montréal
île Jésus
île de la cité
île Saint-Louis
île Bizard
Britain
île d'Orléans
île du Cap Breton
Prince Edward Island

Most of my cycling is done in Bermuda where we live which is made up of 7 main Islands and 170 smaller islets and rocks. So quite a few of those.
We used to do a lot of cruising with the boat in the Abacos in the Bahamas and took the folding boat bikes ashore to several of those (Hope Town, Man O war Cay) I'd say a dozen or so in total.
Similarly lots of the Islands of the Florida Cays. Many of the Islands on the Intra Coastal waterway up as far as the North of the Chesapeake. (Jekyll Island, Amelia Island, Hilton Head etc)
Somewhere we have on the radar but haven't made it to yet are the Islands off the coast of Brittany.  belle Isle, Groix, Isle d'yeu.

île Millocheau (the island in the river in Saumur)

Kos in Greece.

Iceland is on the bucket list, but yet to get there.

interesting thread.
