Which photo editing website / tool ?

Hi
I wanted to make pictures for the kids, superimposing their faces or figures into other photos.
Most photo editing sites and tools I have only edit for red-eye/cropping/hues etc.
Can you recommend a site that will let me do some superimposing ?

Loads of tutorials on youtube.  Prolly sites that automate/make it 'easier' too...

The Gimp or Photoshop Elements both make light work of this sort of thing.  There are about 10 million videos on Youtube showing how to do it in Photoshop!
