No more internet on my old phone?

I don’t know enough stuff about stuff to know whether this is a stupid question or not.

For two days now I have been unable to get yacf (or any other site) on my old WAP phone. (NOT an i-phone) Even in areas where I have a very strong signal.

This coincides exactly with the switch on of 4G in Brum.

Inexplicably O2 managed to change the settings for their service a couple of weeks back.   Rather than restore they inconvenienced many subscribers, including me.   

They did try to claim that sometimes a phone loses the settings but I had the original email from them to prove that the change was in fact of their doing.   

Try giving your provider a call and ask about settings.
