RIP Ron Hill.

I'm sure many of us will have a few pairs of Tracksters in our kit stash.   Don't think I'd fit into mine these days.

I have a pair of Ronhill ¾-length shorts mouldering away somewhere. Didn't really get on with them - the pad creased up and the cloth made me itch.
I've dusted off all those old bottles and set them up straight

Bikesters, tracksters, running tees, long sleeved running shirts, running shorts, running shell jacket and running gloves.

RIP Ron.  A great athlete and astute businessman.

I have a pair of the water-repellent Bikesters - still going strong, probably 15 years old . . .  although I confess I don't wear them very often

A rather impressive 52 year running streak.

I was wearing my Ron Hill cycling rain jacket today on my 200 DIY. Over the top of my close fitting wind stopper top,

I have one pair of Bikesters from maybe 2005 and one pair of Tracksters less than a year old.

D wore Bikesters or Tracksters yesterday.
Don't know if these were originally mine or his, or when they were purchased.

Two pairs of tracksters. (So I have something to wear, while one pair is in the wash. After all, it isn't like I'll wear a pair out, is it?)

Had a pair of Tracksters - the only garment that I've ever had that was cooler on than off. Getting a bit nippy for shrts - don Tracksters and freeze!

In the eighties and nineties Rons were the archetypal non-trackie trackie bottoms. When I peel myself out of my run kit I shall loaf about the house in Rons.

My first pair of running shorts were Ron Hills.
That would've been in around 1970.

I wore Tracksters on Bernie's Long Flat One (600km). I certainly didn't overheat. This was overnight in early July. That was OK.
