Really? Why not?

because I didn't have the required passport with stamps along the route, only hotel receipts / ferry tickets a track of the whole ride etc. I only found out about the "credentia" from mmmartin a few days before the trip as it's required to use the albuerges (which I didn't)

these were the stages, it took longer than it should have because of flight schedules; I would have made it into 65-70k a day for the first week otherwise

Irun to Deba 70k
Deba to Portugalete 105k
(June 2022)

Portugalete to Laredo 67k
Laredo to Miengo 66k
Miengo to Unquera 55k
Unquera  to Llanes 29k
Llanes to Caes 74k
Caes to Gijon 28k
Gijon to Muros de Nalon 55k
Muros de Nalon to Ribadeo 112k
Ribadeo to Baamonde 90km
Baamonde to Santiago 102km

Ferry from Laredo to Santona (also did one to Santander the same day avoiding a lot of riding)

Asturian countryside

these signs (and the more generic ones) seem more for the attention of motorists, and are all along the road even where the walking route isn't (I did find myself on 2 off road sections and regretted it!)

the only actual bike specific Camino sign I saw

about the 5000th photo taken at the same spot that day

Let me know when you’re doing your next Camino.  I have a few spare pilgrim passports.
