Interestingly though, the other night, Toby the big male cat came in through the window for a visit, she didn't seem to mind him, infact she pretty much followed him around which he didn't like. Despite his size, he's a bit of a whimp.

We have a eregular visitor to our garden- she winds Willow and Scoobie up a treat. We call her Scuttle cat cos she has short legs and scuttles off when spooked. She does a good impression of a Tribble however-

This is our new kitty overlord, surveying ~~the study~~ her realm from on top of the wardrobe.

Say hello to 'Princess... Oh god! We have to think of a better name! But it suits her so well! Gaah!'

She is a domestic short hair and very soft. We deliberately re-homed a shy cat as our house has a very regular schedule of not much coming and going and is a quiet environment. She settled in pretty quickly, spending most of the first day in her igloo, then exploring the study when it got dark. This morning she has been wandering around, meowing to get strokes and has had a bit of a sit on my lap. She is one of those funny cats who nuzzle at you until you stroke them, then instantly walk away

We have now got the door open to the rest of the house, she has stuck her head out a couple of times, but currently isn't interested in exploring. She is currently sleeping ontop of the wardrobe, which she loves when we have music on. No music and she isn't interested in being up there for long.
