Pete doesn't know. Ralph lives a five minute walk away, so I go round twice a day for feeding, scooping and cuddles. He's a very purry boy.

Apparently that's a normal thing that cats do after giving birth, so you can't read much into it. 5 kittens were confirmed by x-ray, but John reckoned it could be as many as 7 from watching them kick. It appears that's she's just given birth to a 6th (stillborn) while I wasn't looking, some hours after the others.
