I have been afflicted by CBA.  It just seems like a waste of a mild Wednesday to go to Witham 'Spoons.

Do we have any of the Western Contingent out ?

If not, maybe try for Maldon area again. If so, somewhere around the northern mid-point (Coggeshall or thereabouts).

I have no preference this week on account of not being out on my bike, even fewer miles will be ridden by me this Wednesday than I did last week.

I have literally just arrived home. I've got a busy couple of days ahead and suspect jet lag will dictate that I will be needing sleep more than beer. So I'll not be out this Wednesday, but next week is looking good.

Oh, ok then! Just over 20 miles each way for me and I've not got a busy day on Thursday.

Next week let's Go West; We've not been to the Black Lion in High Roding before - Greene King I know, but guest ales may be available. At around 18 miles, too far back home for the Witham Peloton? Otherwise Gt Waltham pubs - Beehive and Rose & Crown? Or Chelmo?

So anyhow, back to tomorrow evening, Tomsk has spoken so it’s the Jolly Sailor. Okay everyone?

If you are going to use  last week's proposed route https://ridewithgps.com/routes/31311858  I'll joint the Peloton at the top of Cut-a-Thwart Lane at 20:00

How does the Cross Keys at Notley sound for the Western Contingent for next week ?

I make it 22 miles from Bishops Stortford and 22 miles from my Island Retreat

Hopefully decide before Wednesday morning as I want to incorporate it into a 200.
You can’t just call time out and stroll on into the beach if you don’t like the way things are goin’.
