Ooh yum, my neighbour used to keep geese.  Fresh goose eggs handed over the garden fence  :P

Traditional has it that geese begin laying on Valentine's Day... but ours never start before March.  I've got a backlog of seven eggs to clear nonetheless.  Not a hardship, really  ;D

I don't know how else to describe him.  He has a local free range egg farm, or is it chicken farm? He sell's eggs, and occasionally lemon curd and honey

Still no eggs - though I haven't tried that hard to find them, what with all the snow in the paddock.
