Goose Eggs

Hurrah.  It's goose egg season.  Just bought four tonight.  Roll on breaky time.

Ooh yum, my neighbour used to keep geese.  Fresh goose eggs handed over the garden fence

Traditional has it that geese begin laying on Valentine's Day... but ours never start before March.  I've got a backlog of seven eggs to clear nonetheless.  Not a hardship, really

I don't know how else to describe him.  He has a local free range egg farm, or is it chicken farm? He sell's eggs, and occasionally lemon curd and honey

Still no eggs - though I haven't tried that hard to find them, what with all the snow in the paddock.
