Bad Cat is always waiting by the door when I come home. She makes it clear that any appreciation of my arrival is lubricated by the subsequent liberal provision of treats. She indicates this by sitting on the worktop above the cupboard and snagging me with a claw if I go anywhere near. I call this treat fishing. She likes the Thrive things. Little Monster Cat, having no teeth, can't really chew the Thrive treats, so gets wired on Dreamies. She's not quite such a scrounger as Bad Cat.
Nothing sends them as a mental as tinned tuna though. Opening any kind of tin brings them running. Also the rustle of cling film (used to cover the contents). LMC is a little more restrained, but I think there's no upper limit on the amount of tuna Bad Cat could consume. Only tinned tuna though, they're not much fussed about fresh stuff.
