Usual arrangements confirmed at The Green Man.

Hoping to do a bit of a ride on Saturday but otherwise no other activities booked. If anybidy coming wishes to offer a skillshare then please get in touch.

Contemplating the ride to Canons Ashby. Any objections? With Cycleman being electrified this should be a breeze.

I have a vague idea for a project so if you are willing to, please film aspects of your journey with whatever you have to hand. Filming loading/ riding your car/bike/boarding etc a train all welcome with or without your commentary. I wish to attempt to make a film along the lines of the British Transport 1955 film about the cyclists excursion to Rugby. I will be filming using a camera phone and am happy to accept footage from whatever device you have. Please notbing greater than 1040 purely for editing ease on my part. Credits will be given if I ever complete the project.

If anybody attending does not want to be on any final version which I might load onto YouTube please let me know at Long Itch.

Oh, camping is £5pppn, under 12's camp free.

Any volunteers for mess duties on Saturday evening please?

I'm a maybe/possibly/perhaps for tootling over on Saturday late afternoon for a few hours - I'm working in Wellesbourne until 1530 - Sunday I'm going on a birthday outing (mine) to the Uxbridge Bunker (as in Battle of Britain) . . . if I do cycle over I'll very probably be assisted by electricity

Electrons is good.

No doubt almost every single attendee will have a mobile phone, some will have other devices such as ebook readers, tablets, phablets etc. and I will have a rechargeable camping lantern.

I'm beginning to wonder if we shouldn't have a 'lanterns ride' round the village after dark.

I'm getting excited now - I'll either be on my own electric road bike that I bought this week (and have yet to ride as it's been very wet here) - or the "multi-purpose" electric bike that I have in the shop as a demo machine .... I've sold a few of them which is good.
