Change of plan - sorry. We are going out during the day, not the evening.

You see the sort of chaos that ensues when you plan these things too far in advance!

Tuesday night planning FTW :)

I look forward to tales of 290 miles by Oaky and Chief over a pint next Wednesday, this isn't a plan though cos it's way to in advance.

Bloomers clan will be at Leather Bottle beer festival on Saturday pm if anyone is about.

Anyone around for some Good Friday afternoon playtime?
I'll be picking up a new stead tomorrow and OD suggests a christening of some kind  ;)

p.s. I know this is advanced planning!

I had a cunning plan to christen Huggy's nu bike which required Head Office sign off. Sign off has been successfully achieved but the date has move to early June. I dare not mention the plan for fear of being accused of "advance planning"!!!

I assume you are aware of TEH ROOLZ: specifically (the amended) Sec 4. Subsec 2.1

I am aware of that section of the constitution so will endeavour to add an extraneous rattle by next Wednesday.
Spookyly that post was referring to my inaugural ride with MEMWNS, look at the trouble the traffic cone got me in to

BTW - depending on whether it's an optical illusion from the photo or not, I'd be tempted to move the seatpost pack mounting up a tad (couple of cm should do it) to allow for it to bounce a bit on it's mounting without bashing your crudguard.

Already done and seat lowered slightly to make it more comfortable!
Proper test ride today - 50 miles out through Stisted, Great Bardfield, Great Dunmow, Pleshey & Littley Green - only two of those had beer stops:

1.5 x Old Newt at the Bell in Great Bardfield accompanied by a sausage & onion bagette, a very nice 4% beer
1 x Wibblers Apprentice at the Compasses was good too, 3.9%  :)

I've got to be out tomorrow evening, so regretfully I'll have to decline. I'm using up a lot of man-points this weekend too [earned by watching the Event on Friday with the family and doing the catering]-for us not the Middletons/Saxe-Coburgs!!!

Sorry - not me either  :(

Might be able to do a cheeky one another night though - it's the Maldon beer fest starting tonight- may be able to fit in a ride down the rail trail to that?
