« on: 28 August, 2012, 12:23:05 am »
Hi. I m looking for a rigid fork for my 26 MTB with a 1" steerer Threadless, and an axel-to-crown length of 425?

Any suggestions?

Cheers

Carbon and ally ones are available from Carbon Cycles: Carbon Cycles

Also the Kona P2 might still be available in that flavour.  eBay is most likely to show them up, or try retrobike.co.uk forums.

Another option would be to get a framebuilder (Dave Yates, Mercian, Bob Jackson, etc.) to make you a custom set of forks.  I don't think you'd get much change from £200 once they'd been painted, though.

Try putting a request in the MTB-wanted section of retrobike and see if anything turns up.
