But...how do they know about you - how old you are and where you live?
I ask because I think They have overlooked my daughter[1] and am wondering what she/I need to do - and I'm also curious about how the system works.
[1] She seems to have had a peripheral existence in the eyes of official-dom. She fell off the lists with the GP and as she's moved around various boarding schools (not all in the UK) has probably never featured with any education authority.
