Somewhere in Belgium. [edit: the Steenakkermolen, just east of the Canadian memorial at Sint-Juliaan]
This one was actually working milling wheat, going round at 10-12rpm, despite the minimal sail area. It was swaying about quite a bit if you went up to the top. A pity the miller only spoke Flemish (or at least, not English).

We rode near quite a few windmills at the weekend, but it was always in the dark, and I didn't see a single one :(
