I like how bobb made Tokamak go through first to find out how deep it was.  :D

Ouch! But you are still forming the 'OK' sign used by divers...

That's pretty much The Position to be assumed when one has broken ones hand and is getting an x-ray. Somewhere there's a study in black-and-white of the inside of my hand doing the same thing, several times, with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one.

I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that.

From the preview I had of my photos on the day I think they've posted all of them, not just the better ones.

Each subject gets

a high-resolution photo of you taken on the day - and all the photos we supply will be 'cleaned up', so there are no untidy areas around your feet or the edges
Now just need to decide which I want.

Yes.  Though how much that would help keep you afloat in the North Sea, I don't know.  Probably just enough for you to pray to be drowned.  It's a Cruel Sea.

Agreed, they've just bunged them all on regardless; I wouldn't have bothered with the ones with people's eyes closed etc (and hopefully they won't use those in any publicity unless they want to doom the campaign!)

Rob is pushing for us to choose the 'I am a tiger...grrrr' pose that the photographer had us strike as one of ours... ::-)

Our photos also perfectly illustrate his oft-made point that the Gazelle is a behemoth that is officially a Right Nuisance when I leave it in our tiny hallway, whereas his is a dainty little thing  :-[

I had noticed the comparative size difference but thought it best to refrain from further comment.  :-X

What is this about? What's "Dutch" about it? And to save us looking through all 600, where are the forumites?

Go Dutch

LCC wanted 'real people and their bikes' to use in campaigns, rather than models (AFAIUI), hence the photo shoot.

The forumites are:
* jurek 124-132
* notsototalnewbie (& Rob) 153-170
* Andrij 171-180
* Jane 191-205

I've had a look at all the pics (needed a distraction this afternoon) and didn't recognise any other forumites, but there may be others.  If you have the time, I think it's well worth having a look at each page (though not necessarily every picture).

I glanced at all 626 of them! Nice idea, but if the point is to show people going about their lives with bikes, then I'm not sure the ones in cycling gear fit in to that. But there are very few of them so it's ok.
