Title: Anyone use anquet on the MAC?
Post by: Cunobelin on 29 November, 2010, 08:19:06 pm
I cannot get Anquet to load a route from either GPX or any other format!

Even uploading a GPX to the website and downloading it as either GPX or even the ADf format and it will still not load!

How do you get routes into  Anquet?

I don't think you can use Anquet on the MAC.

Anquet now do a version (http://www.anquet.co.uk/Anquet-Mac-Anquet-iPhone.aspx) for the MAC, but it is appalling rubbish!

Can't upload any form of route or track, won't talk to the SatNavs, most features are missing and it is very clunky. Support is simply non existent!

I have version 1.? for the PC which is perfectly good, except that it doesn't talk to Garmins through USB (luckily I have the other cable gizmo thingy).   To be honest it's a decent tool but only because I love OS maps.   Technology has moved on apace and although I have not checked out online tools I believe that there is decent usable stuff out there.
