Paddington area - looking for a coffee shop (?) to sit in

Anyone familiar with the Paddington area, around the station, Praed St, hospital? I'm looking for somewhere to sit for a half hour-ish to do a work call on a laptop at 12:30 (ie peak lunch) tomorrow. Needs to be wheelchair accessible for Mrs Ham, hopefully with WiFi, I've got a noise cancelling headset so the station restaurant concourse may be my best bet, but unsure of 5g or wifi there.

I’m passing through Paddington later so will try to do a speed test on the concourse if that helps. I think it’s fine but that usually just for checking where my train is.

Unfortunately GWR had other ideas and I’m now going to Marylebone instead.

I would have suggested just sitting in the Hilton.
