I was amused by one of the tandem stokers on the ride buying a board game from the cafe in Bratton. Shopping half way round an audax is something I have never personally done 

Unless there was someone else buying games at Bratton, that was Anne Learmonth, first woman to ride PBP on fixed (in 1995). And riding solo on Saturday with Jim Roberson.

Ahhh thanks for putting a name to a face  Not sure why I thought she was on a tandem!
