Headset for Sony Xperia F3112 Phone

I want to make extended calls and Skype calls with this phone, so would like a headset. 

I cannot get on with in-ear buds (must have the wrong size or shaped lugholes!)
I would prefer a headphone type that does not totally enclose the ear.

Work have provided such, in the form of a Jabra Pro 920 Duo Headset (without base), but this has a phone connector (looks like 4P4C) on it, and the Xperia phone uses a mini stereo jack (with mic), if that's the right terminology.  Is there an adaptor to enable me to connect the 4P4C to the Xperia?

If not, can anyone recommend good suitable headsets (maybe Sony, if not too pricey)?

This looks like what I might need, but I can't seem to find a UK supplier, and this configuration doesn't seem nearly as common as the opposite (ie 3.5 jack female to 4P4C male).

Bluetooth gaming headset? They are quite comfortable as they are designed for long hours of use.
