Apparently there's no minimum age in UK for buying/selling/using e-cigs - one is to be introduced next year. Meanwhile, a survey has found that e-fagging is more common among teenage drinkers and drug users. Well, of course it is! The point of e-cigarettes is to give you the nicotine without the tobacco mucking it up!

There may be no actual minimum age, but there is an implied minimum over 18 policy in effect that most retailers I know of use, granted my knowledge of retailers isn't huge but I do know a lot of the distributors in the UK and they tend to check this is the case.
