Hi,
We are looking for a rider who is willing to pilot a tandem with Siobhan who is blind. She is an experienced rider and a recent move means she's lost her old pilot. You don't need to be an experienced tandem rider , but a calm approach to riding, good road sense, and willingness to give it a go are a big bonus. I ride with her blind fiancé and it is great fun. Siobhan has her own tandem.
Looking to get out once a week or so, with the odd Audax if it all goes well. Doesn't matter if you can't do it that frequently but if you can stick to any commitments you make, that'd be great.
I must warn you that the majority of rides involve cake or beer stops.
