Ooh, permission to post that one of the hands-on-handlebars to bookface?  The chap whose taped-on PowerGels they are will love it.
It takes blood and guts to be this cool but I'm still just a cliché.

Actually, I'm proud to be friends with Merlin.  He's an amazing man, and I am given to understand that he came second in the previous two Great Races.

Fantastic but bonkers.  There are few bike related pursuits I am not prepared to try but I have just added riding one of those to the list. 

I know there was one picture of a crash, were there many more?

Hats off to all those that took part, must have been amazing to watch.
