Rider down in Blackheath
« on: 27 March, 2015, 10:53:23 am »
Middle aged rider in Sydenham Wheelers kit on the ground in Blackheath village (London) at about 8.30 today. He was conscious but shaking violently which I guess might have been shock. No sign of an obviously involved vehicle so it was either a tumble (the road surface around that spot is very poor) or hit and run.  Police were arriving as I passed and there we plenty of people trying to help.  Hope he's ok.
Why should anybody steal a watch when they can steal a bicycle?
