Choosing a website builder + domain hosting
« on: 02 June, 2020, 09:09:02 pm »
Mrs Ham is part of a local quilting group. They currently have a website https://marshquilters.org/ (with domain hosting) that was built on Wordpress, which makes it a bit shit for the stuff they do, as you can quickly see. The reasons for that are lost in the mists of time, and they really need to move to something a bit more intuatitive to maintain by those charged with the task.

Wix, Godaddy, Weebly are names that come to mind, but without direct experience.  Anyone got any suggestions?

I know of people using such services.

Wix and SquareSpace are the two I see most highly recommended. I'd avoid GoDaddy.

Thanks, another name ;)

Actually found this https://www.sitebuilderreport.com/ which seems to be a good comparison (Wix, Weebly, Squarespace are all contenders)
