I thought it was because I'd got my toy car booked in for it's MoT today.

It doesn't go out in the wet usually.  :-\

It's 'cos I have been doing longer rides this week (you can guarantee fine weather until the very second I get on my bike intending to go 20miles+ then all bets are off :) )
