If you have the Devils Staircase then you should have the Devils Elbow, which then references the Snow Roads (the nicest 300k Audax in the UK) and should then include the Cairnwell as the highest pass on an A road in UK.Under S you missed Scotland - God's own country for Audax rides.Maybe there is scope for a Classic Rides book in the same vein as Classic Rock/Hard Rock/Extreme Rock that coffee tables some of the well known rides (Dartmoor Devil, Brian Chapman, LEL, Snow Roads etc.)
The Mersey Roads won't be the only 24h TT next year.
Besides, it wouldn't be audacious if success were guaranteed.
