Something really refreshing to put in pittas please
« on: 15 April, 2008, 09:25:44 am »
I was thinking cucumber, tomato, olives and feta, maybe a bit of lettuce. What do you think. Does it need a dressing of some kind or some hummus?

I particularly enjoy hummus or is it houmus with watercress, beetroot and tomato or avocado with hummus, tomato and watercress.

Mmmmm is it lunchtime already?

It needs some onion.

Edit: and watercress would be good.

A can of cold lager.  Very refreshing, not sure if it would be too good in pitta.
