Anyone for polo ?

Im thinking of giving it a go as it's quite popular in Manchester ? All I need is a cheap fixed bike and a mallet . I tried it once two year back, it looks more easy than what it is. Anyone tried bike polo then ?

a few times - i  run after schools clubs in west london and polo is a great alternative to the usual games, especially for older children.

i found it tough to say the least!

Went to watch a tournament in Cambridge last year - report here.

I think one of the Manchester teams were the toughest team out there, that day.
If it ain't broke, fix it 'til it is...

If you live anywhere near Matlock come and have a go in September

"Pennies in the Park" event will have bike polo going on for anybody to have a go at, once they get bored of watching penny farthing Racing!

Website soon (when I get round to it)

I was at the first game in London. But have worked on the days, or been away, they played since. Great fun and just as jellied said it is rather hard.
Current mood: AARRRGGGGHHHHH !!! #bollockstobrexit

Yep, once, two years back in Chorlton.  Did I play you?
