But 10 minutes later it’s stopped.

Cycled to physio this morning in snow, came out half an hour later to beautiful sunshine. Cycled to work half an hour after that, snow storm again.

At various points this afternoon the whether has been either beautiful sunshine, or building shaking blizard. Snow often going horizontal, rather than falling.

We had a huge shower of polystyrene balls during the afternoon; I can only assume they all ended up in one massive heap at the end of the road because the wind just fired it all sideways.

I had a very long drive today.  No snow in Llandysul, but from mile five to mile ten it was absolutely blizzard conditions.  So heavy I nearly pulled over.  A bit worried about spending hours on the M4.
But then it stopped.  And that was it.
Phew.

Not exactly of Christmas card proportions - but it is falling here.    I've abandoned the idea of a Sunday bike ride.

We are getting about 1 -2 inches of snow every night, then it is mending during the day.

Really bizarre weather .

Just got back from pleasant ride (medium gloves, leg warmers, unzipped jersey) and it started snowing fairly heavily. Not expected at all!

Yeah we also had a layer of snow when I got up at kitty breakfast time this morning. Then it melted by late morning, I sat in the sun wearing a duvet jacket with the cats for a bit, hung out the washing and then it snowed. The forecast alleges it will get warmer during the week. I ruddy hope so, I'm bored of this weather, and I've got painting to do that the low temperatures are holding up.
Do not clench. It only makes it worse.

I was with a small group, intending to do a short ride from Cheltenham to Broadway, taking in
Cleeve Hill (on the B4632) and Stanway Hill. As we approached Southam it started to snow, and
was bitterly cold. I decided I wanted none of it, as it would have been worse at the top of those
climbs. I bade my farwells and headed through Southam and up a road through the racecourse
for home. Once inside, I did 3 x 2000 metres on my concept2 rower.

Out with the local CTC group from Chichester, it was a lovely sunny day,  However on the way back, when climbing the A285 at Duncton Hill, there was a big black cloud above us which produced a few drops of rain, which then became sleet and then a mini snow blizzard.  It was too warm for it to settle, and descending on the other side it was soon blue sky again.  Very bizarre.

We were having one of those, until the blizzard.

No snow today, but was bloody cold after 3 hours riding in 4°C.

Can we have spring back please?
