He's away. Looks like East Anglia again but he's only done a mile so I'm not sure.

Good luck Steve!

Good luck today Steve   On this day last January you rode an impressive 231 miles.  I hope that you have favorable winds and have another enjoyable day at the 'Office '!

Southeasterlies today, but gentle (under 15mph) and so he probably won't be guided by them.

Potentially a big one, Goole or York or more maybe?

Cold but dry around the Trent & Humber.

Yesterday very still, today a gentle SE breeze but hardly perceptible or significant.

Are there gps problems? No strava upload for yesterday and none for the Tadcaster start.

A 'double day' looks like uploaded to UMCA for 15th of 336.6 total, so 142.7 for the 15th itself?

[Edit:  There are several blank days on the UMCA sheet from 4/12/15 onwards, so dunno...]

the Android app (which gets its feed from Trackleaders I think) says he's on the A15 heading north to Sleaford, and says he's done 85miles

As I hit the sack Steve's still pounding out the miles - possibly heading for Goole at the moment

Still on the road, presumably getting as far away as possible from the region predicted to have the worst overnight temperatures.

Really tough day - but 'only' 186.0miles - great achievement in the conditions though.
Keep going but stay safe and sensible

A shorter day than it appears really as the first 13 miles are returning to home from the day before ride.
8 hrs sleep then he was off again.
I am struggling to see the logic in these rides, guess he just having fun playing out the year, fair enough.

He'll have some extra miles to add on from today since yesterday's upload stops at midnight and quite a way short of where he ended up in York (about 22 miles by my guess).

So if he manages 200 miles during today (before midnight) you could see an upload of 220+ miles.

That'd be a good result. Because according to the HAMR web site he needs to average 224.59 miles each and every day from now.
