Reading a book (A line in the sand by Kevin Powers) I saw mention of a Norfolk, VA eaterie, Doumars. On their menu “Taylor’s Pork Roll”.
This was subtitled “Gourmet Processed Pork”

More or less oxymoronic than the "gourmet doughnut" stall in our High Street?
