I always do the kitchen roll thing. Well I've popped a few grapes in. Need larger lunch box. Tomorrow it will be 2 x crushed walnut & marmite, 1 x brie & grapes. A certain forum member told me earlier that these are all "la-di-da" sandwiches.

I make up my week's supply, at 6 sandwiches per day, on a Sunday morning and stuff 'em all in the fridge together with the allocated two pieces of fruit per day. Monday and Tuesday's will be fillings with a shortish shelf life once opened (like black pudding). Wednesday to Friday is usually cheese. MrsLurker is appalled by this, but it hasn't killed me yet.
