Enjoyed the 200 on Saturday. Weather couldn't have been better really, lots of blue skies and sunshine but without being too cold first thing. I especially like the roads near Snetterton, almost zero traffic, gently rolling through bits of forest and fields full of pigs. As with last year, I came across a time trial at about 130km, with riders overtaking me at warp speed. The final bit of road back to Great Dunmow was closed to cars, so very nice to have a traffic-free final 30 mins! And the veggie soup at the end was great. All in all a cracking early season ride - thanks to Tom and helpers.
Only possible improvement would be to offer eBrevet, so we could stop worrying about places (Greggs, BP, etc) with non-compliant receipts!
