need a name for a face
« on: 13 September, 2011, 07:34:28 pm »
On Sky news this morning there was an actress doing the paper reviews, I didn't recognise the name but thought she looked familiar and thought I will Google her later, unfortunately I just can't recall her name, it was double barrelled and now it is bugging me. A long shot but does anyone know her name.

The skypapers hashtag was just mentioned in my twitter timeline, and I remembered your post so I searched it.  Apparently the name you are looking for is Clemency Burton-Hill http://twitter.com/#!/clemencybh

Good god have you seen the Wikipedia page on her ? When does the woman get time to sleep ?
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that.

Is she the vacant public school tart who was calling the watercourse between Devon and Cornwall the "Tammah"?

Hardly vacant. Degree from Cambridge, actress,  novelist, writes for the Spectator the Guardian and the Observer and plays the violin well enough to win prizes and tour with Daniel Barenboim.

Crap at British geography tho  ;)

Isn't writing for the Spectator and the Guardian a bit like supplying arms to the North and South Koreans?
