The table certainly has a deep history and stories to tell - if oak or any wood could talk? Ex East Grafton, Wiltshire, primary skool headmistress' tiny tiny cramped office's desk. (But photo only taken last week)

Veronica Martini (Who sounds like a Bond Girl, but isn't one. She is an ex) from Colorado Springs  was staying over and doing floor exercises in my studio/workshop/office when, from her prone position, she noticed a drawer marked (Effected by the use of embossed Dymo tape) 'Taps and holes'.
'WTF is that all about?' she demanded.
The drawer contains drills and taps for threading holes in steel.

Not snaps, but this week I've been lying the floor on my back every morning while doing some pilates before starting work.
This has led me to discover how many cobwebs are lurking on the ceiling, and this morning to ponder whether the pattern on the ceiling paper was supposed to be trees, or just coincidence...
