Forgot to say - you will need to state whether you want meat or vegetarian.

Once ordered and confirmed  you are contracted and will need to pay when you collect your brevet card.  If you have ordered and do not pay, you will not get your card.  It seemed the simplest system for  collecting monies.

For info, after visiting the hostel, the meal will be as follows.

Starter
Pate and salad
Vegetarian terrine, salad,

Main
Rice, chicken and mushrooms,veg.
Vegetable Risotto.

Dessert
Assorted gateaux/cheesecake  and cream or ice cream.

Glass of red or white wine or orange juice.

We chose the menu as a change from the food supplied en route (ie its is not pasta or potato based) - and it is simple enough to allow us to serve the two sittings   without rushing anyone out of the door.  There are two sittings - all vegetarians will be allocated the first sitting.

A few places are still left if you or your support crews would like to book - the meal is  NOT available for booking on the day.
