viamichelin broken?

I was just trying to use viamichelin and I didn't see the route type bike option

Have they removed it?  Or am I looking but not seeing...

Driving directions drop down box has "by bike" at the bottom.

One thing I've never understood with the viamichelin site, if you ask for a route it displays it in the finest detail on the screen map, with a detailed textual route plan but try and download it to your gps or send it via email and all it puts in the .gpx file is the start and end location and NONE of the waypoints!

Or that viamichelin doesnt think that its possible to cycle over the forth road bridge which has a dedicated cycle lane!  Does this problem apply to others eg Severn/Humber etc?

Another viamichelin howler is when you when ask for Bangor to Llandudno BY BIKE and it sends you miles inland via Bettws y Coed whenl cycle route 5 follows the coast.
