the first half of the Agatha Christie thing was rather good (something Pale Horse something?). rufus Sewell being delightfully smarmy, yet troubled.Digging the 60s interiors. Man.

Billy Bragg talking about the skiffle craze of the 50s. It may be a repeat, but I've not seen it before. He delivers with passion and knowledge, although the cap he sports in some scenes is a bit dodgy. BBC4 now, just finishing.

Homeland Series 8. C4. Needs recording really, given all the frequent, copious adverts.
HinterlandSmall budget, good cinematography. Good acting. Old-fashioned cop show. Interesting fact; every scene was shot twice, in English and in Welsh.Deserves more attention, IMO. Equal of most of the scandi noir that is all the rage.
Hidden - second series is not worth watching. Waste of 6 hours of my life. Don’t bother.
Even odder that his equally taciturn sidekick DI Mared Rhys (Mali Hughes) is now spendthrift entrepreneur Natasha Archer in the Archers. It's weird how these professional actors can pretend to be very different people.
It doesn’t matter where you start. Just start.
Didn't realise Killing Eve s3 had started already
