Virgin have killed off the Eastcoast website.

The old template is no longer available and, so far as I can see, the facility to book bike reservations with the ticket purchase has gone with it.

Has anyone found out how to book bikes onto Virgin trains through their new website? Failing that, which other websites allow bike reservations?

Or ScotRail has its own booking system, which now allows bike bookings. http://www.redspottedhanky.com/

Or RedSpottedHanky, but they charge a booking fee. http://www.redspottedhanky.com/

Hull Trains allow bike booking too, or so I've been led to believe.
