We have just installed BT Infinty. My Windows 7 laptop keeps losing internet access yet my Windows phone is allowing me to browse and post as normal.
The Network and Sharing diagnosis tells me the connection between hub and internet is broken when I use the laptop. If you're reading this you will realize this is total bollocks. Every other PC/tablet or phone in the house works on the new hub.
What am I doing wrong...?
