Scott is back! Excellent. And congrats to Goldcrank. Here's Francis (now 8 months), with beans (and me in very fetching apron):

It's a while since I paraded minimac on here.
This is as big as I could get the snowman before intense boredom set in (in me, not him  ;D). Wrong kind of snow etc... Snail shells for eyes (*cough* I knew they'd come in handy) and not-quite-dead anemones for arms. Perfect.

Our Christmas pic - I love it because FK looks like something out of one of those beautiful renaissance paintings of the baby Jesus!

Very nice. Someone's done an awesome job knitting his all-in-one - that's lovely!

That was my mum! She used to make all our clothes when we were very young, and I think she's really happy to have the chance again...

My sister opened a present for her youngest (10 months) at Xmas, from a family friend, couldn't speak for laughing for a while. It was an Andy Pandy all-in-one, blue and white stripes, frilled cuffs with ribbon ties, and very, very, very uncool. Not like that one.

The thing is, it looks pretty big - by the time it fits, he'll be old enough to be embarrassed about it.

That's quite a stare he's got - what my brother in law describes as looking right onto your soul.

Last Sunday in the sun.  25A red filter.  Don't believe the tones; her shorts and Crocs are red and the bike is dark pink.

I like the discombobulated foot in the last one, it's like a surreal spot the ball contest.. ;D.

Is that the ELC rocket? I was looking at them today and wondering if my sister would forgive me if I got one for Oli's un-baptism* present. I settled on felt tips and a colouring book in the end, as a bit safer, given Oli's excitable tendencies.

*He's not being excommunicated, it's Max's baptism this weekend, but I felt presents should be fairly distributed.

Arch, it's your JOB, as an auntie, to buy mildly inappropriate presents. And yes, it is the ELC one, and it's fab  ;)

Yes, I feel I've failed on that one.  And no time to shop again now before I go.  Next time.

The lovely thing about small nevvies and nieces - there's always another inappropriate-present-buying opportunity down the road  ;)

Yes, of course, there's a birthday coming up in August, or I may fit in a visit before then.

I can't remember where I heard it, but for a term to cover nieces and nephews, I like Niblings.

MiniMekon2 is too small for his Likeabike Jumper. I suspect he'd be fine on a Rothan. Oh well, stuck with the ride on for a bit longer.

Yes, my wife is allowing my 17 month old to grow a 'fro. She can't bring herself to cut his curls.

Those curls are gorgeous, never let a hair-nazi with straighteners near them.
