DIY Max time error.

Just put in an entry for a DIY, and when I look at the virtual brevet card the max time is not calculated correctly.

Who's the person to report this to?

I've made a revision to the VB card code.  It's unfamiliar to me but hopefully that will work.

(Although looking at it, I'm surprised if it doesn't generate a rounding error for short distances that are exact multiples of 100.  eg, 13h59 for a 200 instead of 14h00.  But its always been that way, for 10 years or more.)
