What are the criteria?  How many PBPs, LELs, etc?  :)

Nah.  15-20 at least. 

5 years ? A mere bagatelle.  Some of Teethgrinder's DIY perms can be longer than that.

I suspect you might join the Old Guard sooner if you volunteered to help on the Committee, but that would interfere with CYCLING...
