Com in Llandysul! Llandysul, are you receiving me?
Loud and clear.
I've just cycled there to get milk and stuff

We've moved a bit now, matey.  Just north of Llanfihangle Ar Arth.  Not far from that water wheel that we saw when you and Mrs. Wow came for a ride.
Admission.  I'm actually not that fussed about cake.

It has formally happened. My sister and her dispicable boyfriend have split up.

Now it's FSA Operation Take Care of Sis.

Wahey!  Well done your sis!

I haz taken delivery of all the bits I need to make the Ken Rogers roadworthy again.

See that pair of Lycra-clad legs sticking out of an Essex hedge on December 28th?

That's me, that is.

Do I detect the stirrings of a Mr Larrington AUK come-back tour?

If so, this is a Good Thing - you have been missed.

I got a circlip in the post from WobblyJohn this morning, I fitted it without wounding myself and went for a [bloody cold] ride round the village on my first mike-built wheel.  I got back in 1 piece, the hub works beautifully and the wheel is still round!!!

I need to start cycling to work first.  The problems with excuses to avoid this are many:

o it's cold
o it's dark
o it's icy / raining / foggy
o it means getting up a lot earlier
o it's a long way1
o I've got a headache and would be all cross and wouldn't enjoy it

However, I can't put it off much longer, as a second charger for my GBFO front light arrives RSN, to be installed at work.  Monday the motorcar is in for a service, though, so it'll only be a couple of km each way.

1 - shortest route 28.5 km, flattest about 34 km

Bad news - I am struggling to write two 2009 account plans. Dull tasks made worse by a complete lack of inspiration.

Good news - I have just got on the outside of a Bombay Fat Boy Pot Noodle.  Had the underside of the lid informed me that I had won a free Pot Noodle battery powered twirling fork it would have been even better news.  My office in the garage is nice and warm, if a little damp, as the tumble drier is on - bugger the CO2 emissions  O:-).  To cap it all, I will soon be setting off on Claud for a lunchtime spin via the farm shop to buy a couple of large farm reared steaks - bugger vegetarianism

Apologies to any eco friendly veggies out there.  I am in one of those moods.  Normal service will be resumed soon.

My colleague has brought me a packet of Lemon Puffs as an apology for saying "fuck off you bitch" to me at least 4 times on the Christmas do last Friday, even though she can't remember saying it and I knew she was joking anyway.  ;D

Alas, I have been asked to change them!

I have a defence and a damn fine one.  My ex-boss and now mate Martyn sent me the picture and I couldn't resist.  Resisting temptation has always been a problem for me!

It would appear that we are going all posh.

When The Boss does a bit of on-line grocery shopping the nice people from Ocado rock up as opposed to the just as nice people from Tesco.

And, I am not eating pickled hen's eggs anymore!  Here is what the pea green Ocado van has just laid ... :o
